How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders ship as they become ready usually within 7 business days. Due to high volumes during holiday seasons, order processing time may be extended past the normal 7 business day turn around.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped to your home or business via FedEx ground service. All artwork is carefully inspected and professionally packaged in art secured packaging or in heavy duty tubes for Fine Art Paper orders.
Can I request expedited shipping?
Yes. If you need your order fast, expedited shipping is available for most orders. Please contact us at email@example.com if your order is time sensitive.
How do I check the status of my order?
As soon as your art ships, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can log into your account by clicking on “My Account” at the top of this page. Once logged in, you can view your orders and status
What are your shipping charges for the United States?
We offer free domestic shipping. Alaska and Hawaii have a flat rate of $45 on all sizes.
What are your shipping charges for International?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about international shipping rates to a specific country.
What is your guarantee and return policy?
Because each print is custom printed and made to order, we do not offer a return on any items unless the order was damaged during shipping or is defective.
What if I am unhappy with my print?
We understand that there maybe uncontrollable circumstances that may lead to dissatisfaction with your print: Maybe the artwork or image does not look like how you imagined printed on your choice of material. Unfortunately, each piece is made to order, so we cannot offer a refund simply based on personal preference. Please read the Printing and Materials page carefully to review how the images will interpret on each surface.
What if my print arrived damaged?
We are happy to issue a return or send you another print if your order is damaged in shipping or is defective. To initiate a damage claim or request a reprint please email us at email@example.com
Please include the following details that apply to your case in your email:
A photo of the damage to your artwork and a photo of the shipping box it arrived in. This is for us to evaluate the damage and approve your request.
Your order number with a brief description of the damage. Please let us know if you’d like a replacement or a refund.
After we receive your artwork, you will be notified by email with a confirmation that we received the art and with information about your return or refund. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing.
